This $2.8 million Williams Road Project is located in Hillsborough County at the intersection of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard. The 0.47-mile intersection improvement project involved realigning and widening Williams Road to accommodate bicycle lanes; the addition of curb and gutter, storm drain, sidewalk, two left turn lanes, and a right turn lane; and included a retention pond and County water main relocation. ELEMENT’s services included roadway design, drainage improvements, utility design and relocations, culvert extension, and signing, marking and signalization plans. The project was part of the County’s Transportation Task Force program.
