This project involves providing as-needed survey services as a subconsultant; including, establishing or verifying horizontal and vertical project controls, providing bench line surveys, and performing HDS laser scanning for structure monitoring purposes. To date, ELEMENT has provided services for existing profiles lines at the highest portion of the span for monitoring structure movement.
