This 5.3-mile project is part of Tampa Bay SunGuide and includes the design and construction of an Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) facilities on I-75 from North of I-275 to the Hillsborough/Manatee County Line. As a subconsultant to Gannett Fleming, ELEMENT supported the $2.8 million design-build project by providing permitting, survey and structures design support.
