Gandy Boulevard is an urban highway that was in need of improvements. This project included new construction with bridge structures, intersection improvements, widening, milling and resurfacing, drainage improvements, sidewalks, bike lanes, ITS, signage, signals, lighting, safety, and multimodal aspects of the corridor. In an innovative use of technology, ELEMENT provided the laser scanning for this interchange project as a subconsultant to Parsons Brinckerhoff.
