ELEMENT is excited to share another important win from the beginning of the year, the District 2 Continuing Services Contract for Lap Design (26270)! We’d like to recognize Lynn Decker, PE, RSP1, Matt Weaver, PE, RSP2I, CPM, and Heather Rocha, PE, for their contributions in helping secure this project.

As the incumbent, we’re proud to continue supporting this contract and building on the experience and knowledge we’ve developed through our previous work. This selection reflects both our ongoing collaboration with District 2 and the dedication of our team.
